From the standard theory attoscopy to spectral models exploration (summer homeworks ;-)
Riding on the momentum gained reading the seminal work of Jean Iliopoulos on the standard model (penultimate post) I would be tempted to jump into an enthousiast discussion about the prospects for (and discuss some difficulties of) a program of geometric unification of the four fundamental interactions thanks to the spectral action principle and the noncommutative geometry framework.
Having no expertise but an epistemological acquaintance for this theoretical program all what is no quotation would be just Moonshine talking of course...
